Been a fan since WAY-back (1986). Would like to see you live more often, but unfortunately I've only seen you live in Seattle in 1987. I've now got internet access and am completely glad that have a home page. Now maybe I can keep track of you and make plans to see you in the Bay Area. Best of luck.

Would you believe that I am a fan and have seen you three times now, live in Portland, OR. But, I do not own a single CD yet! Well, that should change soon. On a sad note, my best friend (the one that turned me on to you guys) just passed away this Christmas after a fight with cancer. You where one of his favorite groups. So, this weekend I will be including The Bob's as part of his services. Sorry, but due to the nature and style of your songs, we will play your music for the reception afterwards. Ken would have like it this way. Thanks for bringing more joy to my friends' life. Sincerely, Chris

It was well worth following you around the country with a theatre tour I was with because from it I not only saw your signatures in several roadhouses and caught two concerts but I snagged a bootleg and I am very proud of it. Keep up the great work.

You were great in Davis Mid-December. I always manage to bring along a "Bobs-virgin" whenever I go to see you (it has been 10 years of pleasure, by the way) and never do my guests go away unhappy or unsmiling. You are truly a unique musical experience and I do hope that the trend (for the rest of us) continues. The music, the original pieces, the stage interaction among you four, and of course, Janie-Bob's outfits are all something to which I look forward. Joe-Bob Green, just a little side-note, your voice is something that I will never tire of hearing and look forward with great happiness to any song that lets you solo just a bit and allows us mortals to revel in the deep rich notes that you produce. Thank you. I really have missed "Little Red Riding Hood" (that and "Bus Plunge") in your sets lately... and do hope that I may hear it live in Davis one year soon (ok, a little whining). Take care all of you. Best wishes for a Happy and Prosperous New Year. -MRB

Hey,Bobs! I think its an ood experience to realize that you have your own internet address.Anyway,I really love your music (recordings & concerts),and I was very sad when I noticed that you played in Bremen while I was out of my hometown!!Of course I have an excuse for my absence,I was at the Roskilde Festival in Denmark, not enough that it was fun I also met a terrific girl, which is now my girlfriend.I mean if this is not an excuse to miss one of the best and funniest bands I`ve ever seen (in fact i have seen you five times),you might call me a jerk or worse a Meatloaf fan.I really hope to see you soon in Bremen(you remember Bremen,Germany?),best wishes and always remember THE LION SLEEPS TONIGHT!!!!!! P.S. love your new plugged album!! C U BOBS

I love a cappella and y'all just rock my world. You need to wake up the college world to your sound. They'd thrive on it. A cappella seems to be the happening thing on campus', but I am shocked to find how few of my friends can sing "Bobs" tunes with me. Come to Mount Holyoke College, we love a cappella! Rock on!

I attended the Rohnert Park concert on Sunday and, while I enjoyed their music, as always, I was irritated by their improv between songs. As a captive audience member, I felt I was forced to stay and watch their silly antics while I waited for the next good song.....Recommendation? Stick to the silly tunes, DROP the so-called comedy!

I have been coming to The Palms to see you folks for years - I was afraid when I saw that you would be in a relatively large (for Davis) hall. I was afraid that the comedy might get lost in the darkness and the 4th wall. (I did 12 years of improv - so I can say theatre things like 4th wall.) The show was absolutley great. I came with 9 other people, 5 of which were Bobs virgins. They all loved it. Thanks for the laughs - and thanks for the wonderfully musical, clever, odd and moody tunes. The first time I saw you folks was on some winter night years ago in Nevada City. I like the Palms, but when my Improv group played there, all I could remember was how cold it was backstage. May you all have the best of luck and fun in the future. John Van Hoof

I first learned about the Bobs through a friend of mine wanting to play for me an alternitive version of Particle Man. I grew to like the other songs on the CD and gradually fell in love with the Bobs. Finnally I managed to find a place with "Shut up and Sing" and have been a fan ever since. Recently I got onto the Internet and went to IUMA to listen to some of the songs. Has been fun.

I produced SCETV's Spoleto 1986 coverage where we taped the Bob's on the Charleston SC docks. Wow. I've been a fan ever since. Went to their Charleston performances. During my childrens' formative years, they hear the Laundry Cycle (among others) playing on my car cassette as we went to daycare, and school. I love the Bobs.

I found your page after seeing the homepage for Indiana University's own, "Delusions of Grandeur," a fabulous a capella group. Thanks for the peak at your page!

My fiancee and I caight your concert in Burlington tonight and enjoyed the show. I enjoyed the first half more than the second....call me a purist I guess. I was a little dissappointed that you didn't do "Johnny's Room" as scheduled...my fiancee and I recently had an experience similar the one described in Johnny's Room...only it was her brothers house! I had told Polly to get ready for it during the break.....and it didn't come....well, since I've got all but one CD....we listened at home and enjoyed. Best wishes. By the way...I'm going to be the CASA ambassador for Vermont and if I can be of assistance....LET ME KNOW!

Returned from your concert in burlington a few moments ago. Had some work to finish up, but thought I'd stop by first. The kids really enjoyed the vocal clinic you put together at the flynn theater. Thanks again for a great time and a good performance. Looking forward to your return. Adam

I've followed you all since late 1982 and have turned on many vocal friends to your wonderful music. I've seen you live 4 times (twice with dancers). Favorite song - is "Helmet". Being a classical tenor - I truly enjoy the flexibility in your voices. Come this way again soon.
